You can delete your Rewardic account at any time directly from within the app. Follow the three steps below to permanently remove your account and all associated data.
Open the Rewardic app
Make sure you're logged into the account you want to delete.
Go to your profile
Tap your profile icon to open account settings.
Select Delete Account
Follow the confirmation prompt to permanently delete your data.
Deleting your account removes all profile data, points, transaction history, tracking identifiers, and any personally identifiable information. This cannot be undone.
Where to delete your account
You can delete your Rewardic account directly from the app under the Profile section. The Service Provider does not maintain a separate web portal for deletion — all account management lives inside the app.
What gets deleted
When you confirm deletion, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:
Personal information
Name, email, user ID, and profile data.
Points & reward history
Earned points balance and full transaction history.
Tracking & analytics identifiers
Device, advertising, and analytics IDs tied to your account.
Saved preferences
Notification settings, app preferences, and referral data.
